Our Approach

JCamp 180 consulting services address key organizational development questions facing nonprofit Jewish overnight and day camps to help these camps thrive and meet their missions. We work with organizations throughout their life cycle, from start-up camps to centennial camps, from camps in movements to independent camps to tackle these questions. Focusing on the areas of Governance, Strategic Planning and Fundraising, as well as other Camping Business Services topics, we work in three different ways: Training, Coaching, and Facilitation with lay leadership and year-round professional staff. After an initial in-take conversation, we will structure the appropriate consulting engagement to best address the problem at hand.
