Helping Campers and Families Feel Safe and Informed Through Uncertainty

Despite remaining uncertainty about the pandemic and state/local regulations as summer rapidly approaches, we are all cautiously optimistic overnight camps will welcome campers back this summer. We know that you have been holding your communities together and sharing as much as you know.  Resident camps have a LOT to consider to keep your community safe and informed from now through the summer and this webinar will help you navigate through it.

On Thursday, March 4, West End Strategy Team (WEST) led a webinar about how to think strategically about your communications plans from now and through the summer.

During this webinar, we discussed how to develop customized communications to ensure staff, campers, and families understand safety protocols this summer, while navigating uncertain local regulations. WEST shared questions to consider as you shape communications for the 2021 season.

This session was focused on overnight camps, but day camps will find the strategies and messaging useful as well.

West End Strategy Team is a strategic communications firm that works closely with the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and the JCamp 180 team to make sure you have the communications tools you need. This webinar builds on webinars with WEST and others to equip camps to grapple with the unprecedented challenges of this moment.
