Jewish camps excel at designing deeply engaging camp experiences for their camp communities from year to year. Whether this experience is focused on campers, counselors, alumni, lay leaders, donors, or other volunteers, this community represents a thread that connects us all and is the heartbeat of Jewish sustainability and purpose.
Our 2023 JCamp 180 conference at the Marriott Springfield Downtown will explore these community connections in a holistic way, examining the arc of their journeys, as well as focusing on smaller, but critical, moments of engagement. Together, we will ignite new ideas, map constituent needs, and ultimately strengthen our engagement journeys of our camps’ most important communities - Today, Tomorrow, and Forever.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Through facilitated activities and experiential exercises and top-level learning, together camps will build aspirational arcs that turn transactions into relationships and interactions into mutually purposeful engagements to last a lifetime.
