Throughout 2018, our Legacy Webinar Series has discussed how to get back in touch with your Legacy Society Members and steward them consistently, as well as how to learn more about potential Legacy Society Members, cultivate strong relationships with them, and ask them to join. We’ve seen that there are a lot of actions required to effectively manage your Legacy Program, and talked about ways to do the work efficiently.
In this webinar, we focused on one specific tool that can be leveraged to support your Legacy Program: your donor database. A thoughtfully designed and maintained database can help you and your team manage the many actions required for maintaining and growing your Legacy Society Membership. Every donor database is different, but all should provide functionality to help you track and schedule cultivation and stewardship touchpoints with Legacy donors and prospects; segment your data to find priority Legacy prospects; track biographical information to better “know your donors;” and more.
In this webinar, you'll learn what your database SHOULD be doing to support your Legacy Program.
