This webinar featured a presentation by Pearl Schusheim and Guy Alberga on Camp Ramah in Canada’s successful revamp of its Board recruitment process. Participating Chairs also shared approaches their camps have taken to finding new Board members. Also referenced at the webinar was a recently developed JCamp 180 toolkit (Links) and companion self-assessment form to help camp Boards and their Governance and Nomination Committees recruit new Board members.
