In 2020, in response to the COVID-19 crisis, the Harold Grinspoon Foundation committed up to $10 million to participating Jewish overnight camps affiliated through its JCamp 180 program. All Together Now: A Matching Grant for Jewish Camp was implemented in the Spring of 2020 and culminated in December with nearly 100% of the funds used by the camps toward their critical needs.
As the 2021 season nears, the funding need in the camp community persists. In February 2021, HGF, alongside an anonymous donor, with additional support from the Klaff Family Foundation, the Franco Family, and other generous donors launched All Together Now 2021, with more than $10.4 million to support 110 Jewish overnight camps with a new matching grant.
