Choose Abundance

In 2022, JCamp 180 engaged Sea Change Strategies to conduct an independent study to determine the impact of the GIFT Leadership Institute on participating camps. We learned that creating a Culture of Philanthropy in the camps and in the organizations that run them significantly increased the probability of fundraising success. 

This report, called Choose Abundance: A Proven Sector-Based Approach to Building a Culture of Philanthropy, documents specific ways the GIFT Leadership Institute impacts a Culture of Philanthropy at camps and their parent organizations. It also shares specific tactics any organization can implement to start building a Culture of Philanthropy.
